​Welcome to Portsalon – Sip & Slice
Sip & Slice might not be the greatest golfing advice you'll ever receive…but we are thrilled this morning to begin our new journey with Sip & Slice proprietor Nicky O'Hanlon and his team as the new franchisee in our bar & restaurant.
Nicky opens the doors for the first time on Monday, February 16, with some exciting plans and offerings for our members, guests & visiting golfers to come in 2026.
With our ongoing Project 2030 developments and the Conditional Planning permission now received from Donegal Co Council on the Clubhouse project, Nicky joins at an exciting time for our club.
Behind the scenes he has been working hard to get ready. He has lots of exciting plans to offer our members and we look forward to working closely with him to bring those to fruition.
On behalf of the members of Portsalon GC, welcome aboard Nicky and here's to a bright future! The Restaurant is open from 9am daily, seven days a week.
